We worked with Alana on developing donor-focused communications and guidelines, including a total re-brand of our identity and tag line. Alana listened and heard what we said, and was able to translate the core of our work much more effectively.  She helped us find language to reflect not only what we do, but how we do it, and crucially how to demonstrate the impact of what we do.  She found our personality and showed us how to bring it to the fore.  I believe Alana’s support will help us not only communicate more effectively with our supporters and wider audience, but fundraise more effectively as a result.

We used Alana initially to help us with copy for an appeal that formed part of our annual Newsletter mailing . We challenged Alana to write engaging and inspiring copy to help us secure the funding necessary to purchase of a number of Syringe Drivers for our Palliative Care Team in the Hospital.
